Registration & Abstract Submission

6RAQM is now open for registration. You could choose to sign up as participants only or to also submit an abstract for the selection of poster presentation (as illustrated below):

 

Registration Only

  • Enter the registration page by clicking the "Registration Form" button below
  • Fill out the e-form and leave your contact details (email address and/or WeChat ID). A webinar link and further information will be sent to you later

Registration & Abstract Submission

  • Fill out the e-form and leave your contact details (email address and/or WeChat ID). A webinar link and further information will be sent to you later
  • If you want to submit an abstract for the selection of poster presentation, input abstract title under the session of "Abstract Submission"
  • A "Registration Acknowledgement" email with a unique sequence number will be sent to your registration email (and/or WeChat account). Please check your inbox or junk email folder in order to confirm your registration.
  • Click the URL provided in the Registration Acknowledgement email and visit the online platform where you could upload your abstract (with your unique sequence number) in Microsoft Word format with file size not exceeding 10MB
  • All abstracts will be reviewed by the Academic Committee for the selection of poster presentations
  • If you want to update the registration information or upload your abstract, please follow the instruction indicated in the registration acknowledgment email
  • Abstract submission deadline is 15 September 2020. Please click HERE to download the abstract template

Poster Format

(for selected presentations)

  • Conference Secretariat will contact the authors whose abstracts have been selected for poster presentations.
  • An English presentation title is required. Even though Chinese contents are also acceptable, we highly recommend authors to present their ideas in English for reaching out to international audience.
  • Authors could also opt to present your contents in a pre-record short video, and embed the videos into the poster via hyperlinks or QR codes.   
  • Details about poster dimension, format and other guidelines will be provided via email communications.

  • The Symposium Secretariat reserves the right to change, including but not limited to the program contents, speakers and schedule of the event

  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes
