(1) Postdoctoral fellows must register at the "Regular Registration" rate. Students must present valid student identification upon entry. 

(2) The registration fee includes conference materials, meals, and refreshments; accommodation and transportation expenses are not included and should be covered by participants themselves. 

(3) On-site registration accepts only WeChat/Alipay/credit card payments. We do not accept cash transaction. 

(4) Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the 7RAQM office at 7raqm@ust.hk. 

Refund Policy:

- Requests received before 23:59 on May 15 will be eligible for a 50% refund, and the international payment processing fee will be covered by the applicant.

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 15 at 23:59, or for non-attendance at the conference.

- Please note that the refund will be processed after the conference only.
